5. Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide. At checkout, you can enter your address to confirm serviceability. Some remote locations or areas with shipping restrictions may not be eligible for free shipping or any shipping at all. In such cases, you will be notified before completing your purchase.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Important: For international orders (outside the sender’s country), any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are determined by your local government. We cannot predict or control these fees.

We are required by law to declare the full value of the items on the customs form. We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or undervalue the contents.
7. Package Protection & Lost/Damaged Shipments

Every item is carefully packaged with protective materials to withstand international transit.

In the rare event that a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at Carmodel991@gmail within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund. An unboxing video is highly recommended to expedite the process for damaged items.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to change the address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. Reshipping will incur an additional shipping fee.
