At MiniCarsHub, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All original tags, certificates, and protective materials (such as blister packs or inner boxes) must be intact and included.

  • For model cars, the product must be unopened with the original factory seal intact. We cannot accept returns on opened collectible model cars due to the potential decrease in value.

  • For hanging paintings, the canvas or print must be in pristine, undamaged condition. Customized paintings are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged during shipping.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.

  • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of use for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at Carmodel991@gmail.com within the 30-day window. Include your order number and photos of the item you wish to return.

  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and mail it to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • We will charge 10% of the total price of the product as a restocking fee.

    If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

  • Important: The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos/video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) as quickly as possible. In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned.

6. International Returns & Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred when returning an item internationally. These costs are non-refundable. We cannot mark returned goods as “gifts” on customs forms.
