  • Product Description: We strive to display our model cars and hanging paintings as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display is perfectly accurate. Minor variations in color or detail may occur.

  • Customization: For hanging paintings, customization requests are subject to our approval. By submitting a request, you confirm you own the rights to any image or design provided. MiniCarsHub is not liable for infringement issues arising from customer-provided content.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged is the one valid at the time of order placement.

  • Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (e.g., stock error, pricing error, suspicion of fraud).

3. Payment

  • We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our Shopify platform.

  • You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Shipping: We ship globally via reliable carriers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. MiniCarsHub is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

  • International Duties & Taxes: For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in our product or shipping prices.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • All returns and refunds are strictly governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy. Please review it before making a purchase.
